Payment methods
Checkout for Elmridge Supply is processed in USD through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment providers handle card and account credentials; Elmridge Supply does not request complete payment credentials by email.
Authorization and currency
Prices, taxes, delivery charges when applicable, and any valid discount are shown before payment. Payment must be authorized before an order can be processed. A provider may decline or require additional verification.
Payment questions
If a payment fails, review the billing details and contact the bank or payment provider. For store assistance, email sagacalum7991@outlook.com with the order number. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords, or bank credentials by email.
Refunds and disputes
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method subject to provider processing. A payment dispute does not remove any rights available under applicable law; contacting Elmridge Supply with the order number helps us review the order record.
