Shipping availability

Elmridge Supply offers delivery only to destinations presented as eligible at checkout. Availability can change with carrier coverage, inventory location, address restrictions, or other operational limits. The checkout page is the current source for an address-specific option.

Order processing

Orders are handled after payment authorization and may be subject to inventory, address, fraud, or compliance review. Processing and dispatch estimates shown at checkout are estimates. Orders may be divided into more than one parcel when the catalog or fulfillment requirements make that necessary.

Transit and tracking

When tracking is available, a shipment notice is sent to the checkout email. Tracking may take time to activate after carrier acceptance. Split parcels can receive separate references and may arrive independently. Carrier interruptions, weather, holidays, access restrictions, and address errors can extend transit.

Address changes

Additional carrier charges caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may apply where permitted by law.

For a damaged, missing, incorrect, or apparently delivered-but-not-found parcel, contact sagacalum7991@outlook.com with the order number and supporting details. Check the delivery location, building staff, household members, and carrier notices before reporting a parcel as missing.
